Abstract
IT has been shown recently1 that the thrombocytes of rat blood contain a cholinesterase having properties similar to the acetylcholinesterase found in erythrocytes. The present communication gives evidence for the presence of an acetylcholinesterase in the thrombocytes of other animals.
