Abstract
IN the irreversible fixation of large molecules by collagen of bovine skin, the steric conditions of the protein chains and the location of the reactive groups of the agent would ssbe expected to be prominent. Some findings obtained on investigating such systems appear to be of sufficient interest to protein chemistry generally to merit their publication.
