Abstract
THE presidential address of Prof. E. B. Moullin to the Institution of Electrical Engineers dealt in broad principle with the position of the professional electrical engineer in the community, the nature of his qualification and the proper exercise of his function. In particular, the place of the Institution in relation to the profession was considered.
