Abstract
PROTEIN solubility curves at varying pH and constant ionic strength have permitted us to secure important data regarding the fractionation of muscle proteins of the myogen group. This is illustrated by Fig. 1, showing a set of such curves drawn for a rabbit muscle extract of the same kind as that prepared by Baranowski1 to obtain crystalline myogen A.
