Abstract
Sectional Forecast. THE destruction of the Colston Hall by fire, just when the preparations of the Local Committee for the Bristol meeting were complete, has given rise to serious difficulties. The best arrangements possible under the circumstances have been made. The People's Palace has been secured for the Presidential Address and for the Friday evening Discourse.
