Abstract
THE Iron and Steel Institute, probably the most cosmopolitan of all our technical societies, has always been noted for taking its members far a field during the annual autumn excursions. The United States—from far north to the extreme south—Austria, Hungary, Germany, France, and Belgium have been among the countries visited, and now Spain may be included in the list.
