WE learn from the Times that at the meeting of the Royal Society on Thursday last the vacancies in the list of foreign members were filled by the election of Gabriel Auguste Daubrée of Paris, Jean Charles Marignac of Geneva, Carl Nägeli of Munich, and Carl Weierstras of Berlin.
