UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). This site contains basic information about the organization of the conference in Budapest, including the official goals, draft agenda, etc.

ICSU (World Council for Science). ICSU is the co-organiser of the Budapest conference. This site contains basic information about the organization.
