About the Editors
Chief Editor: Jenn Richler
Jenn completed her PhD at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA, where her research focused on face and object perception and recognition, learning, attention and memory. She continued at Vanderbilt as a post-doctoral research associate, during which time she also served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General and as a writer for the American Psychological Association. Jenn joined Nature Climate Change and Nature Energy in 2016 as a Senior Editor handling manuscripts that spanned the behavioural and social sciences, including psychology, sociology, behavioural economics, political science and human geography. Following a brief stint as a Senior Publishing Manager working to develop editorial and publishing strategy for the social sciences across the Nature Portfolio, Jenn returned to her psychology roots as the launch Chief Editor of Nature Reviews Psychology in 2021.
Associate Editor: Teresa Schubert
Teresa completed her PhD in cognitive science at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA, studying cognitive processes of visual recognition with a focus in deficits of reading and writing. She then joined the Cognitive Science department at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, as a post-doctoral fellow, studying developmental dyslexia and typical reading acquisition. She continued to study visual recognition of letters and objects as a post-doctoral fellow in the Psychology Department at Harvard University. She was subsequently a freelance editor for psychology and cognitive neuroscience content and a visiting lecturer at Wellesley College in Massachusetts. She joined Nature Reviews Psychology as an Associate Editor in 2021.
