We are interested in the latest advances in psychology and in timely syntheses of research spanning all its aspects — covering all subfields of cognitive, social and clinical psychology, and including developmental aspects, methodological issues and more applied areas. The wider societal relevance of psychological science will also be featured within the journal. Our broad scope and accessible formats ensure that work published in our journal reaches the widest possible audience.
Like the other titles in the Nature Portfolio, Nature Reviews Psychology has no external, academic editors. Instead, all editorial decisions are made by a dedicated team of full-time professional editors. For information on their research backgrounds and scientific interests, see About the Editors.
We will publish a range of content types, including Reviews and Perspectives, along with Comments, Viewpoints and Research Highlights that will elaborate on significant advances and other topical issues in psychology.
