Immunocytochemistry of an in vitro 3D neocortical organoid model derived from human pluripotent stem cells, which can produce single ventricle-like cavities. This method provides a platform for identifying adverse effects of psychostimulants and pharmaceutical agents, and can be adapted for use in neurodevelopmental disorders.
