Triple immunofluorescence staining for DCX, NeuN and BrdU in fosBd/d dentate gyrus 6 days after kainic acid administration. For 3 days following kainic acid administration, mouse was injected with BrdU twice daily, and brain sections were prepared. Merged Image was obtained by laser scanning confocal immunofluorescence microscopy for DCX (green), NeuN (blue), both neuronal lineage markers, BrdU (red).
