This cross-journal Collection welcomes submissions of original preclinical and clinical research studies focused on addressing unmet needs in organ transplantation.

This Collection will highlight Articles that involve new tools and emerging techniques for imaging at increased penetration depths within tissue as well as considering advances in conventional and state-of-the-art light microscopy techniques.

This joint collection welcomes submissions that advance our understanding of the mental and physical impact of working in healthcare on the health of healthcare workers.

In this collection, we want to highlight research that focuses on fragments in drug discovery. Have you found validated fragment hits for a new disease target? Maybe they unlocked an unreported enzyme mechanism? Were you able to develop a method that is useful for fragment-based drug discovery? Perhaps you found a hit that made it to clinical trials? We invite all scientists who work with fragments in the context of drug discovery to submit their interesting fragment stories. We look forward to hearing all about them.

With this collection, Nature Communications, Nature Medicine, Communications Medicine and Scientific Reports aim to publish research articles spanning the breadth of AMR and across microbial pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites). This includes, and is not limited to epidemiological monitoring of resistance incidence in clinical and environmental settings, novel strategies aiming to combat or prevent AMR (i.e. drug repurposing, drug synergy treatment, and vaccines), improvements in diagnostics, and subsequently tailored treatment, of drug-resistant infections.

This cross-journal collection welcomes content on the development and testing of geroprotectors at any stage including clinical trials.

With this cross-journal Collection, the editors at Nature Communications, Communications Biology, Communications Medicine, and Scientific Reports invite submissions covering the breadth of research carried out in the field of cancer epigenetics. We will highlight studies aiming at the improvement of our understanding of the epigenetic mechanisms underlying cancer initiation, progression, response to therapy, metastasis and tumour plasticity as well as findings that have the potential to be translated into the clinic.

With this Collection, a partnership between Nature, Nature Medicine and Nature Communications, we welcome submissions of primary research papers that focus on neo-adjuvant immunotherapies and related combinatorial approaches (such as radio-immunotherapy or chemo-immunotherapy).

We aim to promote high-quality research that advances our understanding of health issues in Africa, and advocates for better healthcare on the continent in line with the UN’s SDGs.
