DNA Repair and Cancer Postdoctoral Position at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated postdoctoral research scientist to work in Dr. Kara Bernstein’s laboratory on the human RAD51 paralogues and their role in cancer predisposition at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics. The Bernstein lab studies DNA repair and recombination in yeast and human cells. We provide a fun and collaborative work environment. Applicants must have a PhD in biological sciences, individuals with experience in human tissue culture techniques, budding yeast, and/or DNA repair will be given preference.
