Main Responsibilities:

1. Selling recruitment-oriented advertising, solution and training courses to research organizations and cooperates to help researchers’ career development across greater China

2. Selling NatureCareers Live expo sponsorships and exhibition space to relevant organizations and with global colleagues and agencies developing a China-based career expo based on a similar model

3. Managing existing accounts as well as new business development

4. Regularly meeting and liaising with clients and agencies to discuss and identify advertising requirements within the designated territory

5. Writing clear and customized proposals including products across the entire Nature Research portfolio of journals and websites

6. Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in Salesforce and be able to provide clear revenue figures and sales forecast to management on a weekly basis

7. Developing complete market awareness, understand competitor strengths, weaknesses and sales methods and keep

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required. Scientific degree advantageous.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling

4. Excellent phone manner and high level of customer service

5. Strong organisational skills, ability to cope under pressure

6. Good knowledge of general office computer software (including MS Office)

7. Client oriented and pro-active sales approach

8. Previous sales experience preferably within B2B environment and comfortable with cold calling
