The School of Biological Sciences aims to enhance the way we use technology in research, food security, microbiology, ecosystem biology, sustainability and many other related areas.
The Research Fellow will take a leading role in developing a novel sporicidal product in association with commercial partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the research activity so that the overall research objectives of the project are met.

The successful Research Fellow will:
• Have, or be about to obtain, a PhD in Microbiology, Parasitology, Pharmacy or related research area.
Three years recent relevant research experience to include:
• Working with pathogenic microorganisms and/or parasites
• Working with biofilms
• Testing of natural product antimicrobials
