This project aims to investigate initial conditions for massive star formation, dust and gas properties in the interstellar medium and supernova feedback.
The completion of a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Astrophysics or related field is required. Research experience in the areas of star formation, interstellar medium or supernova remnants is desirable. Expertise in handling radio-interferometric data is a plus. The appointment will be initially made for two years with a possibility of extension for another one year depending upon satisfactory performance. The nominal start date is as soon as possible by March 2019. The position is located at the UAEU’s main campus in Al Ain.
