The Skok lab is looking for a bioinformatician to work at the interface of chromatin structure, transcriptional regulation and computational biology. We need someone to provide computational support to our wet lab postdocs as well as someone who will drive their own project to develop new methods to analyze genome-wide sequencing data.  We will apply these tools for analyzing how changes in chromatin architecture impact cancer.  Applicants should have experience with analysis of genomics data sets preferably chromosome conformation capture, HiChIP, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq.
