You will be responsible for the development and application of new multi-scale simulation techniques for the development of next-generation battery technology and will be involved in building a high-throughput workflow environment. In addition, you will apply the methods to problems of current battery research and present your work in international Conferences and Scientific Journals. The support of cooperation partners is also an integral part of your work.
You have a university degree (Diplom (Uni)/Master) in physics, chemistry, or material science with a PhD and theoretical background. You also have several years of professional experience in battery simulation and multiscale processes. Good knowledge of software engineering, object-oriented programming (Python/C++), molecular modelling and electronic structure calculations complete your profile. A good command of English is required. You are able to work in a team and to perform your duties in a thorough and structured manner.Salary
