As German Research Center for Environmental Health, Helmholtz Zentrum München pursues the goal of developing personalized medical approaches for the prevention and therapy of major common diseases such as diabetes mellitus, allergies and lung diseases. To achieve this, it investigates the interaction of genetics, environmental factors and lifestyle.
The Helmholtz Pioneer Campus (HPC) is an innovation campus with a startup culture, founded and funded by the Helmholtz Zentrum München. HPC stands for the smart fusion of biomedical sciences, engineering and digitization in a research environment that has no parallel in Europe.Helmholtz Pioneer Campus - Administrative position "Grant and publication management" (f/m/d) Full-time/Part-time
You independently handle grant and publication related projects, taking main responsibility for the preparation, submission and execution of grant applications and publication-related matters for HPC-scientists and the HPC management. As part of the HPC-management team, you also contribute to the implementation and development of a modern administrative infrastructure including digital processes for documentation and communication. You will also be involved in handling/solving a variety of general administrative tasks for our continuously growing scientific teams.
You hold a degree (min. Bachelor) in communication natural, engineering or the life sciences, respective equivalent expertise or qualification(s), ideally with first tangible professional experience. You are working independently and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude. Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) as well as excellent MS office skills are a must. You have demonstrated knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. image editing, CM, audio, video software), proven ability to deploy cross-media communications and actively push social media activities. You have exceptional organizational skills, appreciate working as part of a team, and are able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with people of all hierarchy levels and backgrounds.

Remuneration and beneﬁts are in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service (TV EntgO Bund). The position is suitable to work part-time (min. 19.5 hours/week). The post is initially limited to two years, with the option of a longer-term perspective.
