Short summary

The Flow Cytometry facility is a Science Technology Platform (STP) that provides a comprehensive flow cytometry service to the Labs at the Francis Crick Institute. This involves operation of cell sorters, training of users on the analytical flow cytometers, maintenance and quality control of all the Lab’s cytometers and assisting researchers with planning, running, analysing and presenting experiments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in cell analysis and cell sorting.

Description

This role is part of a team that is expected to support all areas of the Laboratory’s remit

including operation of analysers, cell sorters and imaging flow cytometers.

The facility is active in providing education and training for users and staff. The post reports directly to the Head of the STP.
