The Institute of Nutritional and Food Sciences at the Agricultural Faculty of Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms-University of Bonn invites applications for

W3 Professorship of Food Sciences (permanent position)

starting as soon as possible.

We are looking to recruit a candidate with outstanding expertise in a topical, future-oriented field of food research, such as
- advanced instrumental food analysis,
- food biotechnology,
- structure-activity relationships of food constituents,
- technologically and/or nutritionally relevant food constituents.

The successful candidate will engage in the delivery of teaching in the BSc-, MSc- and state exam programs. In addition, the candidate is expected to collaborate with research groups at the Agricultural Faculty and national and international food research institutes with respect to existing and prospective joint research projects.

The conditions of employment are according to §36 Hochschulgesetz NRW.
