Salary: Grade 6: £28,660 - £34,189 p.a.
This is a quality assurance (QA) administrator position to oversee document control, asset management, training records, internal auditing and other activity required for GCP compliance. The postholder will support the running and maintenance of the Translational Histopathology Laboratory (THL) Quality Management System (QMS) for assurance of GCP compliance. They will also coordinate the production and approval of local SOPs that are required for the effective running of the THL, including writing and reviewing protocols and risk assessments.
A BSc or equivalent experience, in a biological science is essential for this role, along with experience of managing or working with quality management systems. They will also require a good understanding of research ethics and have experience of working to GCP accredited environments. An Honorary NHS Contract will be required for this role.
