Post-doctoral Fellow in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (Ref.:492414), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Computer or Information Sciences; or related field. They should be proficient with unix and shell scripting. Experience in clinical data reporting using next-generation sequencing would be desirable. Proven track record in the related study areas in bioinformatics or genomics is an advantage. Applicants should be self-motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team with the ability to multitask in a multifunctional laboratory, have a good command of written and spoken English.
