The Center for Personalized Oncology at NCT Dresden (NCT/UCC) aims to combine innovative strategies in medical oncology and molecular diagnostics within translational approaches for individual patients. Interdisciplinary, tumor specific clinical management of patients is carried out in close collaboration with the University Clinic in a joint effort spanning clinical care and clinical research.

We are currently looking for a

Medical Oncologist (m/f)

Your tasks:
• You are part of the clinical team of physicians at NCT Dresden and the University Hospital Dresden
• Diagnosis and treatment of all hematologic and oncologic diseases
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of colleagues to achieve the best results for the patients
• You will take organizational and clinical responsibility within your field of expertise
• Clinical trials management
• Further to develop structures and processes within the department
• Training of assistant physicians
• Medical assessment and interpretation of molecular diagnostics data
• You take an active part in the tumor board for personalized oncology
• Scientific research activities and its publication

Your profile:
• You have successfully completed a studies course program in medicine and earned a relevant medical degree which is recognized within the European Union
• You are a specialist for internal medicine with a focus on hematology and oncology including an approval to practice this medical profession within EU countries
• You have experience conducting clinical trials
• You have an excellent command of the German language
• You are interested in collaborating in an interdisciplinary team with translational research activity and personalized therapy concepts
• You have a high professional and interpersonal competence
• You show strong achievements as a leader, manager and communicator with a mind for innovation
