Functions and Duties:
To provide efficient support in all activities in book/journal cooperation
To liaise with in-house departments, production, marketing, and especially the Global Publishing unit
To communicate with book/journal partners, authors, and reviewers
To ensure that the progress of each publishing project is in line with the planned schedule
To perform data entry, checking and updating of databases throughout the publishing process
To generate reports such as journal usage and citation
To carry out other job functions related to editorial project management

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a science background
Fluent in written and spoken English
Have excellent communication and team-working skills to deal with people at all levels both in the company and externally in the academic community
Be able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with problems and queries
Be able to demonstrate good publishing business awareness and the ability to learn quickly
Be able to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team
Be numerate and computer-literate, with a sharp eye for detail
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
