We are seeking a talented and motivated scientist at the Post Doctoral level to the laboratory of Dr. Kar Muthumani in the Vaccine & Immunotherapy Center at the Wistar Institute. The goal of the postdoctoral research project is to develop novel therapeutic vaccines and antibodies for cancer immunotherapy to co-engage immune cells within the tumor microenvironment.
The preferred candidate is a recent PhD recipient with a background in immunology, molecular biology and/or cancer biology. Experience with molecular biology, microscopy, flow cytometry, mouse tumor models and/or immunology is desirable. Competitive applicants will have strong project management, critical thinking, organization and communication skills. A strong publication record with recent first authored publications in peer-reviewed journals is required.
