• To provide efficient support for all the activities in publishing. Publishing projects include books, journals and electronic publications
• Help generate reports and data from databases and websites
• To assist the editors to communicate with book/journal partners, authors, and reviewers through Email or phone call
• To work with other internal teams to coordinate the editorial, production and promotional activities
• To ensure that the progress of each publishing project is following with the planned schedule
• To analysis and prepare reports such as book and journal usage and citation
• To perform data entry, checking and maintain the project information in various database systems throughout the publishing process
• To carry out other job functions related with publishing project management


• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a Science background
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Previous working experience in STM publishing industry is preferable
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and capability of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to work self-motivated, as well as part of a team
