1. 至少有3年从事专业服务(包括科学出版、科学传播、学术类、教育类、广告类、咨询类、培训类、会议类或其他专业服务类行业)的工作经验
2. 具有丰富的业务开发和销售经验。
3. 擅长机构销售和大客户管理
4. 拥有基于解决方案的销售能力,并能达成销售目标
5. 口头和书写英语流利
6. 如有相关行业知识和资源则尤佳

Key tasks: For the relevant defined territory / client accounts, develop and grow sales revenues to achieve financial targets across all relevant products, including but not limited to:
1. All Nature branded services across all platforms, including researcher services and client marketing services as well as customized solutions upon requests
2. Build relationships with science-related institutions in the relevant defined territory, including key universities, ministries and research organisations
3. Creatively work with existing and new clients, build up solid pipeline and systematically work on large scale custom projects
4. Monitor and identify policies, trends and funding opportunities that drive business opportunities, including attending industry events as required by the business
5. Work with relevant product managers locally and globally to identify and develop new products, custom projects, consultancy opportunities and other revenue-generating opportunities
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a culture of success, excellence and continuous development and to enhance our profile and reputation
7. Ad hoc tasks relevant to the role’s remit

Skills/knowledge:
1. Strong commercial drive alongside proven experience in maximizing revenue potential and business development ·
2. Ability to develop needs and value-based proposals of products and solutions
3. Positive ability to develop long-term professional relationships with clients
4. Strong interpersonal and influential communication skills, with effective negotiation and presentation skills
5. Highly self-motivated, resourceful and achievement oriented
6. Active, supportive and problem-solving team player
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
