We have recently received substantial NIH and donor funding and are currently looking for multiple highly motivated researchers to join our lab:
A wetlab postdoc position to develop the next breakthrough technique (looking beyond our already established protocols [1-4]) in the realm of single-cell isoform biology and to apply it to neurodegeneration (donor funded). Experience with genome-wide sequencing experiments is necessary (see above), exposure to bioinformatics and neuroscience would be a plus (but an interest in them is necessary). The work can include the collaboration with computational postdocs and students in the lab (if desired).
We are located at Weill Cornell Medical College on Manhattan’s Upper East Side (with the option to apply for subsidized housing for postdocs). Please send a CV to tilgnerLab@gmail.com. More information about the lab is available on www.tilgnerLab.com.
