The Faculty of Agriculture of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn invites applications for the
W3-Professorship “Nutritional Physiology“
This permanent position is to be filled starting March 1st, 2021.
We seek to appoint a candidate with outstanding, internationally recognized expertise in a topical, future-oriented field of nutrition research with a focus on human physiology. Expertise in human intervention studies is expected. The area of research should complement the current fields of research at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
In addition, the successful candidate is expected to engage in collaborations with research groups at the Agricultural Faculty and the University, as well as with national and international research institutions with respect to existing and prospective research networks.
Teaching is required in the bachelor degree program in Nutrition and Food Sciences and in the master degree program in Human Nutrition (soon-to-be Nutrition Sciences).
The conditions of employment are according to §36 Hochschulgesetz NRW.
