The LAIWYERS project (Law and AI: WaYs to Explore Robust Solutions) aims at exploring whether automated decision-making in the legal context using machine learning produces acceptable results. Therefore, it is imperative to test such machine learning applications, in order to identify whether it is technically possible to get adversarily unfair results, and, to conclude whether what is technically possible is overall desirable or not.
