A full-time non-tenure track faculty position at the Research Assistant Professor or Instructor level is available at the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics, Baylor College of Medicine. We are seeking candidates who have one of the following expertise: Metastatic breast cancer, RNA regulation, bioinformatics. The minimum requirement for the position is a Ph.D. with several years of post-doctoral experience and an outstanding track record of research productivity. Areas of interest include the role of RNA regulation in governing breast cancer metastasis. The main responsibilities include:
1. Conduct ongoing research projects and develop new research directions.
2. Write manuscripts and grants independently and in assisting with the PI and lab members.
3. Train and mentor postdocs, graduation students, and research assistants.
