Development of genetic and epigenetic assays for cancer diagnostics (for early detection, recurrence, monitoring, and response to immunotherapy) primarily using blood-based (i.e. liquid biopsy) approaches.
Applicants should have a Ph.D., with substantial recent research experience in some of these specialties: biochemistry (especially nucleic acids chemistry), bioanalytical chemistry, assay development, fluorescence-based assays, NGS, qPCR or digital PCR technology, liquid-handling robotics and/or automation.
