Precision Immunology Institute At
Mount Sinai School of Medicine
A postdoctoral position is available to study lymphocyte responses in human allergic diseases in Maria Lafaille laboratory at the Precision Immunology Institute and Food Allergy Institute of Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Work in the Lafaille laboratory aims to decipher the immune mechanisms involved in adaptive lymphocyte memory of IgE mediated allergic responses in conditions of active allergic disease and acquired tolerance. The laboratory integrates human and experimental mouse studies utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that includes state of the art methodologies such as CITE-seq, RNAseq, spectral cytometry, and lymphocyte repertoire analysis including generation of recombinant antibodies.
