A Postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ze’ev Ronai at the Cancer Center. The laboratory studies the role of ubiquitin ligases in signaling networks that are deregulated in cancer (www.ronailab.net). Ongoing projects include studying the role of RNF5 and Siah1/2 ubiquitin ligases in tumor microenvironment and tumor immunity using conditional KO mouse models. Training is expected to include a range of biochemical, cell biology techniques coupled with large scale (single cell RNAseq, proteomics, CRISPR screens) experimental approaches.
