Post-doctoral position at The University of Cambridge (12 months) and the University of Oslo, Norwegian PSC Research center (12 months). Thematic area: Inflammation in liver disease.
The University of Oslo now have a vacant position as a post-doctoral fellow for 2 years within the European Union’s Marie Curie fellowship program (for more information https://www.med.uio.no/english/research/scientia-fellows/ ).
The current position will focus on genetically-affected pathways that predispose for immune-related diseases. And we are looking for a scientist with a background in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry and/or molecular biology. We hope to recruit a colleague who shares our passion for discovery and who looks for an exciting challenge within multidisciplinary groups at University of Cambridge and University of Oslo. Experience in protein expression and purification methods would be ideal as one part of this project will involve structural characterization of a novel protein interaction by cryo EM.
