A Post Doctoral scholar position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Subhrajit Saha, Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the Kansas University Medical Center. The candidate will conduct research focusing on macrophage phenotyping and functional characterization in gastrointestinal malignancy.
The successful candidate should have a PH.D. in the biological sciences or related fields with a strong research background in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology and cancer biology. Expertise in flowcytometry, confocal microscopy or mice genetics is required. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
Research background in Gastrointestinal Physiology is preferred.

- Manuscript and grant writing.
- Presentations of ongoing research in national meetings.
- Participate in laboratory hands on training for summer students, and assist graduate students in the lab
