The Institute Competence Centre Photovoltaics Berlin (PVcomB) is looking for


PhD Student (f/m/d) Tandem Perovskite and Silicon Solar Cells – characterization, modeling, stability


tasks



  • Preparation of your own samples under instruction and later on your own

  • Characterization of your samples with various methods

  • Development of an optoelectrical model

  • Refinement of existing outdoor measurement methods for Perovskite-Silicon tandems

  • Analysis of outdoor acquired data and development of a model on outdoor stability and on the energy yield of Perovskite-Silicon tandems

requirements

  • Completed Diploma or Master Degree in Physics or Chemistry
  • Ability to work safely in the lab environment
  • Good programming skills
  • Basic knowledge on working principle of solar cells
  • Scientific mindset
  • Mobility (min. 6 month stay in Slovenia, min. 1 year in Berlin)
