We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude to act as a key player in managing the administration of The National Consortium for Intelligent Medical Imaging (NCIMI) which is part of a network of five centres funded by the UK Government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund to drive innovation in the use of AI for improved diagnosis and delivery of precision treatments.


You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NCIMI Chief Operations Officer and Project Manager. You will be responsible for a range of activities and will need to pro-actively manage your time to prioritise appropriately. This is a critical coordinating role requiring efficient administrative skills combined with the experience, skills and attributes to handle a wide range of confidential information with tact and diplomacy and to be comfortable with shifting priorities.


You will be educated to at least A level (or equivalent) with the ability to show independent initiative and excellent problem solving abilities in resource and time constrained environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional experience of reporting complex administrative processes to senior management and minute taking of executive and scientific discussions are also essential requirements for the role.


This is a full-time post, available until 31 December 2021.
