Income management (GTP-2020-HIF-FCI)
The proposed opportunity will be developed in the Finance, Planning and Controlling Department, Planning, Budget and Controlling Division and in particular in the Income Management Section. This section is responsible for managing all the income of the Agency.The management of the income is divided in two groups the Member States and Participants and the Third Party Programmes. It is proposed that the trainee will be involved in both areas to have a clear overview of the Section but will mainly be focussing on process/tools improvements and operations related to Third Party Programmes.
Related to Contributions from Member States and Participants: preparation of inputs for all Call-ups and follow up during the year (revision of budgets, prepayments…) preparation of Audit Reports per Member State/Participant update of Income tables per programme as per Financial Statements Related to Third Party Programmes: support process/tools improvement effort (SAP reporting, others) support on the preparation accounting procedures for Third party Income analysis of dunning and write-offs follow-up the development of new reporting tools update of SAP structure to segregate Types of Third party income support the closing of activities and programmes any other administrative tasks needed (documentation,…)
