A position on a postdoctoral or project leader level is open at the Inserm Institute for Viral and Liver Disease (Inserm U1110) and the Laboratory of Excellence HepSYS (Head: Prof. Thomas F. The institute focuses on the investigation of the cell circuits of liver disease to discover

The successful candidate will lead a cutting-edge project to uncover key drivers of chronic liver disease and cancer allowing to discover novel therapeutic approaches using patient-derived models with integrative computational analyses of single cell RNASeq, epigenetics, proteomics. You are a highly motivated PhD (or MD, PhD) with a strong background in computational analyses/bioinformatics and cell or disease biology, have a solid track record of publications and are used to work in an international environment. You have knowledge of R and Linux and you are familiar with Scripts like Bash, Python, or Perl. You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
