As German Research Center for Environmental Health, Helmholtz Zentrum München pursues the goal of developing personalized medical approaches for the prevention and therapy of major common diseases such as diabetes mellitus, allergies and lung diseases. Careers advice and career counseling for PhD and Post-Doc students in German and EnglishConception and implementation of career-related seminars, trainings and workshops in German and EnglishImplementation of systematic evaluations to achieve a  continuous improvement of the consulting and training portfolioFacilitating role for further offers of internal and external service departmentsEnhancements of instruments and methods for career counseling

Your Qualifications 

Study degree, ideally within life science, education, psychology, economics or related disciplineExtensive work experience in consulting or coaching of individuals (colleagues and executive management) and groups regarding human resources developmentExperienced trainer (e.g. in companies or education sector)Degree in the area of counseling or coaching (at least 150 hrs.)Excellent knowledge in career assessment methods and innovative training formatsAbility to provide professional advice and training in English
