We are particularly interested in collaborative-minded scientists skilled in pursuing data-science strategies to key challenges in nutrition and metabolism. However, all candidates focused on generating molecular insights on the basic function of micro- or macronutrients, the regulation of metabolism, and/or the relationship between nutrition and health, are encouraged to apply. Candidates are expected to develop their own research line which is complementary to other research in the Division. This position will be placed in the chair group Nutrition, Metabolism and Genomics. More information can be found here.

The Division of Human Nutrition and Health is one of the largest academic units worldwide dedicated to the study of nutrition. By integrating the complementary expertise of five chair groups, the Division is perfectly organized to pursue a multidisciplinary approach in nutrition research at the level of the cell, the individual, and the population. One of the unique features of this division is the ability to cover the full causal chain from determinants of food choice and dietary assessment, to detailed quantification and characterization of health and disease using state-of-the-art methodology, and investigation of the underlying molecular mechanisms.
