The Department of Cell and Regenerative Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a full-time, tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor. This is an outstanding opportunity in a growing department that is housed in new, state-of¬ the-art facilities. A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biomedical science required. Areas of specialization to be considered include stem/progenitor biology and/or developmental/regenerative biology, but must be within the context of departmental focus. Three years relevant postdoctoral experience and outstanding research accomplishments required prior to the candidate’s start date with UW-Madison.

The successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain a robust extramurally funded research program and to teach within the context of the departmental mission at the graduate/medical school level. The successful candidate will also participate in professional, public, and university service appropriate to the faculty rank. Title rank will be based on candidate’s accomplishments and must meet UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the tenure track.
