职位要求: 本科及以上学历,具有科研、医学或教育相关学历尤佳。

1. 至少有3年从事专业服务公司(包括科学出版、科研期刊、学术类、教育类等)的工作经验,具有丰富的业务开发和销售经验
2. 擅长机构销售和大客户管理
3. 拥有基于解决方案的销售能力,并能达成销售目标
4. 口头和书写英语流利
5. 如有相关行业知识和资源则尤佳

Key tasks:

For the relevant defined territory / client accounts, develop and grow sales revenues to achieve financial targets across all relevant products, including but not limited to:
1. Sell both face-to-face and online training courses, multiple editing services, including manuscripts and books etc. to research organizations to help researchers’ career development across Greater China
2. Creatively work with existing and new clients, build up solid pipeline and systematically work on large scale custom projects
3. Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in Salesforce and be able to provide clear revenue figures and sales forecast to management on a weekly basis
4. Monitor and identify policies, trends and funding opportunities that drive business opportunities, including attending industry events as required by the business
5. Work with relevant product managers locally and globally to identify and develop new products, custom projects, consultancy opportunities and other revenue-generating opportunities
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a culture of success, excellence and continuous development and to enhance our profile and reputation
7. Develop complete market awareness, understand competitor strengths, weaknesses and sales methods and keep track of share of market across the entire territory
8. Ad hoc tasks relevant to the role’s remit

2. Ability to develop needs and value-based proposals of products and solutions
3. Positive ability to develop long-term professional relationships with clients
4. Strong interpersonal and influential communication skills, with effective negotiation and presentation skills
