Job Title: Open Rank, Clinical Faculty Appointment (CFA)
The Department of Pathology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston is recruiting a Neuropathologist with strong brain tumor research ability to join the Section of Neuropathology and the MDACC Brain Tumor Center.
Certification in Anatomic Pathology, Neuropathology, and an active Texas medical license or eligibility are required. For this position, the candidate’s primary responsibility will be to participate in the clinical diagnostic responsibilities shared with two other full-time Neuropathologists in the Section. These include mostly neoplastic diseases but also extend to all fields in neuropathology. The candidate will be expected to conduct or participate in innovative brain tumor research. Fellowship training in diagnostic molecular pathology will be considered an asset. Rank and salary commensurate with experience and academic credentials. Excellent benefits package.
