Cytokines and Inflammation
Postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Lionel Ivashkiv at the Hospital for Special Surgery/Weill Cornell Medicine in inflammation, innate immunity and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. The Ivashkiv laboratory uses cutting edge immunology, molecular biology and genomic techniques to study mechanisms of activation of innate immune cells and their function in immune-mediated diseases, tissue repair, and preclinical models. The Hospital for Special Surgery is affiliated with and adjacent to Weill Cornell Medical College and embedded in a vibrant research environment encompassing Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Rockefeller University. Our laboratory has strong collaborations with laboratories at WCM and MSKCC.
A Ph.D. degree in immunology, cell or molecular biology, or related fields is required.
