The mission of the Berlin Institute of Health at Charité (BIH) is medical translation: transferring biomedical research findings into novel approaches to personalized prediction, prevention, diagnostics and therapies and, conversely, using clinical observations to develop new research ideas. The aim is to deliver relevant medical benefits to patients and the population at large. Since 2021 the BIH has been integrated into Charité as its so-called third pillar. For the team of Strategic Science Management starting from the earliest possible date until December 31, 2026 we are looking for a Projectmanager for the national strategy GCT (d/f/m) in full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week) One of the BIH's strategic focuses is on the pioneering field of gene- and cell-based therapies. The BIH was commissioned by the BMBF to coordinate the development of a national strategy for gene and cell-based therapies, coordinate it with the relevant stakeholders and implement it. The GCT project team in the Strategic Science Management division at the BIH is acting as the central organizational and coordination office for matters relating to the National Strategy GCT. Within this framework, the further conceptualization and implementation phase as well as the long-term strategic development of the National Strategy will be carried out from here.

- Contacting and interacting with external experts or institutions to involve them in the conceptualization and implementation of the measures
- Tracking the progress of the project, including the preparation of reports for documentation purposes
- Close and trusting communication with the stakeholders involved
What you bring along:
- You have successfully completed a scientific university degree in human medicine or the natural sciences, preferably with a focus on oncology, immunology, cell biology, genetics, biochemistry
