The Division of Hematology at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications from outstanding candidates with a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree for a faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor on the tenure track or Associate Professor with tenure. The successful applicant will establish an independent, laboratory-based basic research program. The appointee will complement, expand, and strengthen the current research program in the Division of Hematology and Washington University academic community. The successful candidate will receive a generous start-up package, excellent laboratory space, and guaranteed protected time to perform research. Numerous opportunities are available to engage with trainees through the Division of Biological & Biomedical Sciences, Medical Scientist Training Program, as well as a longstanding NHLBI-supported Molecular Hematology T32 training program.

Applicants from members of groups that are typically under-represented in science are strongly encouraged to apply.
Interested applicants should send a letter of interest, research statement, and their current CV to Hematology Division Co-Chief Dr. Stephen Oh (stoh@wustl.edu).
